Our Medical Alert Systems get help for seniors at the touch of a button, 24/7/365.
When you press your medical alert button, the system immediately contacts our US-based monitoring center. Within moments a real person is talking to you, armed with your personal medical information, and ready to help...24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And, because no one likes to be alone in an emergency, upon request we will stay on the line maintaining voice contact with you until help arrives.
Get assistance by pushing the Help Button
When you press the Medical Alert button, the system automatically and instantaneously contacts our US-based Medical Alert Monitoring center.
Our agents are trained and prepared to respond to any emergency around-the-clock, 24 hours a day, 365
Once connected, our EMT/EMD-certified agents will answer the call, with your Personal Profile already on their computer screen. They know who you are, and where you are located.
We immediately check on your status and, in the event of an emergency, dispatch your local EMS. We then contact the people on your emergency list including neighbors, family members, loved ones, care givers, or anyone you designate.
In an emergency, we send SMS Text messages to your contacts with cell phones, in addition to calling them. This provides the fastest way to notify your family and caregivers of the situation. And they can reply to the text messages, letting our monitoring center know they are on the way, or any other updates.
Your Personal Profile is on File with Us
When you sign up for our medical alert service, you’ll complete a simple Personal Profile. We’ll have your name and address, preferred emergency contacts, and any medications or conditions you want us to know about…important information that can save a life in an emergency. Once your Personal Profile is complete, we verify which emergency responders are closest to you BEFORE an emergency occurs.
Your Personal Profile, contact and medical information is kept strictly private in our secure data base. The Monitoring center agents will have access to your information at the time your call is received.
So unlike calling 911, when you use our personal emergency response system, our agents will know WHO you are, WHERE you are, and WHO TO CALL when you press your medical alert button. We can tell EMS about any conditions you may have, and even how to enter your home if the door is locked.
